He has more than 11 years of Teaching, Research and Industrial experience. His research specializes in behavioral science within marketing, HR and behavioral finance. With a Ph.D. in Behavioral finance, his research illuminates the psychological aspects influencing consumer behavior, employee dynamics and financial decision-making. His multi-disciplinary approach enriches our understanding of human behavior's across these interconnected domains. He has published many articles in the domain of behavioral finance, consumer behavior and Human Resource Management. He also organised international conferences, workshops and events.
